WesternPAsports.com is a visual showcase for amateur sporting events happening in and around Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Created by professional sports photojournalists Barry Reeger and Ken Reabe Jr, WesternPAsports.com delivers high-quality action imagery year-round from a variety of high school and amateur sporting events.

A professional sport photographer can take thousands of images at an event just to find the one or two key photos that are needed for a newspaper story or for the small gallery of pictures that accompany an online post. Our website has the big play moments that occur within a game too, but we create our photo galleries larger to include the other athletes, fans, and moments that help to define the game and the atmosphere that surrounds it. By concentrating the majority of coverage to close proximity of Westmoreland County, our website can cover schools and sports that don't normally receive much attention, ensuring that teams at all levels can experience professional sports photo coverage. Not every team will have a championship season or every athlete make the winning play, yet all are an important part of the local sports scene. We try to spread our coverage around to create a visual showcase of local sports that all fans will enjoy. We strive to provide full photo coverage for any events sponsored by the Westmoreland County Coaches Association. These are our hometown teams too, and we are honored to document the moments that define them.

Our photo galleries are always free to view and share via social media. We offer the majority of our photos for sale as prints or electronic download, except where prohibited by event sponsors or prior contractual terms. We use the same professional grade photographic equipment and digital photo processing to cover your event as we would to cover a major professional sporting event. Barry and Ken carry full liability and property insurance coverage and both are members of the National Press Photographers Association.

Please email us at [email protected] to inquire about contracting with us to provide professional photography at your team's game, tournament, or sports banquet.

See you at the game!
