Yough Boys Hold On In Second Half For 69-67 Win At Mount Pleasant  

It was a game with nothing but bragging rights at stake, yet both teams battled as if it was the state championship game. Yough's boys took a two-point margin into the locker room at half, then matched point totals with Mount Pleasant the rest of the way to close the season with a 69-67 win in a barn burner in Mount Pleasant's gym. Yough was led by CJ Waldier with 27 points and Jarett Bach with 22. Mount Pleasant's JJ Johnson took game scoring honors with 36 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter. Ryan Quinn, who was honored before the game during the Senior Night ceremony, chipped in 15 for the Vikings.  

The two teams split their pair of regular season matchups. Mount Pleasant finished the season at 3-19, with a 1-11 conference record. Yough moved their overall record to 4-17, while notching their first conference win to go 1-11 on the year.
