Latrobe Boys Hoops Falls to Woodland Hills in Section Opener

Woodland Hills and Latrobe battled back and forth all night in a close contest, but the Wolverines held off the Wildcats for a 84-79 road win in Latrobe's gym. The game was the WPIAL Class 6A Section 3 opener for both teams. Woodland Hills' guard Amante Britt led all scorers with 28, and he also passed the 1000 career points milestone early in the game. Marcus Dudzenski dropped in 24 for Latrobe, with Bryce Butler right behind with 22.
